NT hashers Incorporated are pleased to advise that Aussie Nash Hash 2023 has
been awarded to Darwin.
It has been a few unusual years for big hashing events around the world which
saw the postponement of Adelaide Nash Hash in 2021, and the eventual
cancellation of Adelaide in 2022. Followed by the cancellation of Aussie Nash
Hash 2023 in the Central Coast. Resulting in another event being required to be
set up at short notice.
In Adelaide, hashers attending the ‘Not the Nash Hash’ events earlier this year
asked for Darwin to host Aussie Nash Hash in 2023. We heard you, and we now
have a successful bid to deliver Aussie Nash Hash in our piece of tropical paradise.
We would like to thank you for your confidence is us to host Aussie Nash Hash again after a successful event in 2001.
We appreciate that hashers have been waiting for news of the next Aussie Nash
Hash as they are keen to make travel plans. We have done our best to get this
information to you as soon as we could. Even if the details are minimal at this
stage.
Territory Nash Hash 2023 (TNH23) will be hosted in Darwin by NT Hashers Inc.
representing the hash clubs of the Northern Territory.
The event will be held over the weekend of 12-14 May 2023. Please note we were unable to access our preferred venue on the previously proposed dates of the May Day weekend, so have shifted to a couple of weekend later. This also gives us some further separation from NZ Nash Hash, giving more time for people to attend both events.
We will have further details to follow as soon as we can. Including the information you are all waiting for around the venue, hash pub and registration. Please continue to be patient with us while we make sure we are providing a great event for you to all enjoy. We don’t have the luxury of a few years of planning like most big hash events and are working hard to put this together in less than a year.

It will have been a long 4 years since we have all come together for an Aussie
